Came across this text ad from Ebay on Google. Its probably using keyword insertion technique to increase relevancy of the text and get better CTR.

If the keyword insertion is not used smartly than it completely changes the context and message of your ad. This is a perfect example of over-using keyword insertion technique in Google Adwords.
