Came across an ad on google network. Wonder, what CTR this ad would be getting?

Wow. A domain+500 MB web space for just just rupees 2, just blew me off.

On visiting the site (must admit site looks very creepy), figured out that the cost would be actually Rs. 750+, that too you have to fill up a  form mentioning domain name, etc and than there is no online transaction.

Wonder, which age they are living in and what would be their conversion ratio?
